The Meeting Between Leaders of HBEDA and CPISC Delegation

From having an export-oriented service, our association always has a orientation that we must offer practical service to member-ship enterprises, exchanges and cooperates international information of our province positively. At present, we have contacted with about 50 international commercial associations who keep good cooperating relationship with us and devote to offer service to both sides members together.

21st Feb 2006,under inviting of CONFEDERATIA PATRONALA A INDUSTRIEI SERVICIILOR SI COMERTULUI (CPISC)，vice-president Han Jingyuan, president assistant Hao Hongzhi and secretary-general Liu Jianjun of HEBEI ENTERPRISE DIRECTORS ASSOCIATION meet with the visiting group at Romania embassy in Beijing. People who attend the meeting are ambassador Mr. Viorel ISTICIOAIA-BUDURA, minister counselor Mr. Augustin IOSIFESCU, commercial counselor Mr. Eduard COSTIN and 14 persons of CPISC visiting group, including its general manager Mr. Adrian IZVORANU, public affair manager Ms. Daniela GRIGORIU, chairman and general manager Mr. Horatiu VALENTIN RADA of ENERGETICA FEDERATION OF ROMANIA, general manager Mr. Silviu SARGHI of “OIL AND GAS” FEDERATION OF RAMANIA and so on.

CPISC is the delegate of Romanian employer organization, owning two subsidiary alliances (Energetic and Petrol si gaze) and five industry employer organizations(Patromin, Patromil, Apemin, power electric technolog, the producers and workers’ union from electrotechnic and public lighting, the producers’ union from cinematography and audio-visual)，at the same time, commercial chambers branch organ of 41 countries are delegated. They have 1440 directly under members, including some Europe and worldwide member-ship enterprises, employ 460000 workers, and there mainly industries are energy resources and mineral water. Moreover, member enterprises are all nationwide scales, and they often have both sides and multidirectional talks, such as collective agreement for employees’ negotiation.

During the meeting, at first two associations exchange the regional basic political economy situation, introduce the service function and service area of both sides associations organizations, and exchange and discuss service function problems of employer organization, then visiting group introduces the items brought and topic interested about coming to China, last exchanges opinions with our delegates about coal mine and electric and so on which they pay attention to .two sides express that we can offer a bright cooperating prospect to members and internal enterprises through associations of two countries communicating and exchanging. The delegates of HEBEI ELECTRIC POWER INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION and SINO GAS AND OIL PIPELINE BUREAU also attend the meeting.

It is the first time we meet with CPISC from two sides founding friendly relationship it promotes the friendship, and also promotes future cooperation and communication, develops better cooperating region, devotes to offer better and direct service to members of both sides.

After the meeting, both sides reach an agreement at exchanging commercial information, and hole a ceremony for signing contract “Cooperation Agreement” and “Memorandum of Cooperation for Information Exchange”.

CPISC published commercial needs of enterprises, which our association offered in nationwide economic publication; at the same time, in order to make us know more about economy characteristics and investment situation, CPISC offers lots of data in detail (refer to the www.ebc.cc). The cooperating intentions of CPISC coming to China mainly include: petroleum and natural gas enterprises(petrol si gaze alliance)import and export equipments like this, products of petrochemical and offer services relative to petroleum and natural gas ; energy sources enterprises (“Petrol si Gaze” Federation) import and export products of energy sources, wholesale energy sources, construct energy sources projects; Food industry (Romalimenta) imports and exports raw material, purchases equipments and some products; mineral water industry (Apemin) export mineral water ; Film industry (Upfar-Argoa) exports Romania films, products of TV company and drama, offers film and TV service, organizes unified company which can both make and issue products, basic commercial activities, cooperating joint item with Chinese employers` organizations and so on.
