HBEDA general-secretary Liu Jianjun went to Beijing to visiting president Robert E. Goodman of Sino American trade development association (SINO-USA) at May 8th. They discussed deeply about two sides cooperation projects under friendly conditions. This meeting persisted 90 min totally.

HQ of SINO-USA lies in Las Vegas of Nevada state as a commerce organization. Mission of this organization is building a trade bridge for two countries communication and to realize wide cooperation and long-term benefit.

At beginning of the meeting they made a brief introduction for mutual situations. General-secretary Liu stated specially for Hebei features, key industry, HBEDA character and service projects.

Through Mr Goodman’s introduction, we heard of some American companies manage to cooperate with Chinese enterprises in some fields, such as toy producing, pharmacy machinery, food and agriculture machinery. Otherwise Mr Goodman expressed that they can take the related info from our province enterprises to USA and distribute these info by showroom to pass trade sourcing in time and attract related company investing Hebei.

Two sides made a discussion deeply about Sept conference in Hebei upon having initial understanding each other. SINO-USA will invite their members attending this conference at that time. Mr Goodman gave our plan the highly appreciated and dated to discuss all particular at next meeting.

Mr Goodman said he was very pleased of two associations cooperation and hope that we can use all sourcing well of Nevada state and Hebei province to open up more cooperation fields.
