HBEDA will stage the annual council at the end of April, which is the biggest meeting for members every year.

All directors of HBEDA members will collect in the biggest hall of capital city. Meantime, province government focus the most important convention also and appeared key report on it, which is concerning economic development of whole province.

During this convention whole participators will elect new directors before the end of it, the scale of this meeting is operated by HBEDA every four years. And then association secretariat will print all new directors list on following magazine.
