Hebei province located on the east coast of China, surrounding Beijing and Tianjin city and has its own geographical advantages. It is the only province of China that possesses seashore, plain, lakes, hills, mountains and plateau together. It has 11 administrative cities and 23 county cities and its total area of 188,000 square kilometers.
Hebei province is significant economic territory with GDP of 883,69 billion RMB in 2004. It has the stable agricultural basis of food, cotton and oil product, which all ranking in the front of domestic areas. For the industry, its mode are complete and has been established the backbone of industry e.g. metallurgy, construction, chemistry, medicine, food and machine, as well as the traditional and characteristics industries e.g. light industry and weaving line. The high and new technology of biological technology, information technology and new materials are shaping into the new advantages with the rapid development of the service sections, such as traffic, communication, trade, tourism, information and consultation.

Since foundation of 1984, the Hebei Enterprise Directors Association has been the representative of the employer organizations. For about 20 year, it has been maintained the tenet consistently to serve the enterprises and the entrepreneurs. HBEDA has nearly 5000 members, overcastting 11 cities and more than 20 sections.
As the biggest representative of employer organization of Hebei, we are devoted to providing for the enterprises practical, high quality and low price service. Through these years of practice and experience, we have established for the member enterprises the service project “international communication for member enterprises” in 2004. We would be glad to see the establishment of friendly communication with domestic and foreign associations and chambers of commerce. Following the practical cooperation on information exchange and project negotiation, foundation of information center and business chance center during all cooperative associations and chamber of commerce, to realize the information share indeed, promote cooperation and improve mutual benefits for each side of the member enterprises.
