Secretary Office is the standing institution of HBEDA, which represent association to preside all activities. General Secretary is the highest executive official to handle all general work and decide all of important affair.
Service Department take charge of all work about employers, right protection, members’ health protection, domestic visiting organizing, enterprise associating and affair exchanging.
Training Department supply training course, enterprise consultation and related service to enterprise. And have some professional training through native certificated, it also associate close with classic universities of China.
Development Department take charge of contacting with developed members and exploit new members. At present, it has systemic members 4000 and direct members 700. They have multi-economic elements. 85 percent of them are developing enterprise emphasized by Chinese government.
Communication Department have two parts, one is in charge of website update and newsletter, another is in charge of collaboration with overseas organization, international sourcing exchang, visiting arranging and other international affairs.
