Who We Are

Hebei Enterprise Directors Association is the biggest employer organization of Hebei Province of China. HBEDA is non-profit organization and independent from government, on behalf of the employers, protecting their legal rights and serving for them.

As the communication bridge of enterprises and government, HBEDA is the coordinator of the two sides, carrying out the updated policy of government and transmitting the inquiry of enterprises are duties HBEDA should be responsible for. Since 1984, association has provided some fixed services to members, now our staff is seeking more kinds of service to them in the new period.

Along with entering WTO, more and more Chinese enterprises desire to open the eyeshot at the international field. Through such years experienced, HBEDA realized the important role of itself on the international stage, so confirmed the new mission serving to members, that’s set up the special communication section and the business center to take charge of the daily communication with foreign partners and launch the projects according to the members’ demand.

To help members’ developing on the economic part, HBEDA emphasize to keep the close cooperation with all of our colleagues and at the same time hope enlarge the cooperation range in more areas and fields.

What We Do

Press magazine “Hebei Enterprise Directors” per month and deliver to members for free.
Supply safe-health inspection to members in any working day and supply insurance to them.
Protect employers’ legal right by the lawyer of association.
Harmonize labor relationship of enterprises.
Organize activities to enhance communication between enterprises and societies.
Assistant members to launch the business projects in the international markets.
Organize the official delegation to visit the relating foreign areas.
Offer the consultation for enterprises’ inquiry.
Deal the networking for the daily job of secretariat.
